Xvid-1.3.6-20191204 _Final Release_


This is Xvid 1.3.6 bugfix release. It replaces the previous 1.3.5 stable release.

  - Fix for various, long-standing and potentially critical
    security vulnerabilities in the decoder (credit to OSS-Fuzz)
